Because we believe that a doctor should not have to choose between the quality of care for their patients and their personal life, we created Medevio — a platform that brings peace back to clinics.

Integration with Outpatient Software

Medevio can integrate with all commonly used outpatient information systems (AIS). You can easily transfer requests to the patient record with a single click via eZpráva. If you use the dictation feature, you won't even need to write down the patient's visit notes — Medevio will handle that for you.

Calendar and Patient Scheduling

Your working hours will always be well organized with the clear calendar, where you can see all your scheduled patients. It’s up to you whether you use the calendar internally only or allow patients to book appointments online directly.

Appointment Reminders for Patients

Patients who have appointments will receive a reminder the day before through the app or via SMS. This ensures they don’t forget their visit. If a patient needs to cancel an appointment, the app requires them to provide a reason, which has been shown to reduce unnecessary cancellations.

Simplified new patient intake

Medevio enables the completion of all necessary intake questionnaires and consent forms online. Even during the patient's first visit, you have access to all the important information, without the need to manually transcribe it from paper forms into the medical record.

Bulk patient outreach

We have been using Medevio for just over a year, and the most helpful feature for us has been the implementation of the smart switchboard. Thanks to it, we no longer have to answer around 96% of phone calls, which saves us several hours a day. The app automatically transcribes patient messages into text. All patients can reach the switchboard, regardless of whether the line is busy. If a patient is unable to use the Medevio app for any reason, they can simply call our phone number and leave a message with their request. With Medevio’s help, we have also addressed the generational differences in technology usage. No special skills are required to leave a message, and every patient will be fully assisted.
