We primarily use Medevio for rescheduling appointments and prescribing medications. It’s a great tool because patients can request a prescription at any time, without having to wait for office hours or try to call a busy line – they simply send a request and know that the prescription will be prepared as soon as we have time. We also appreciate the ability for patients to book appointments directly into our calendar online – we schedule well in advance, up to three months ahead. Additionally, patients can cancel their appointments themselves, freeing up space for others, which is very convenient.
We have been using Medevio in our practice for three years, and it has become an integral part of our daily operations.
